Plasma cleaning of mobile phone 3D glass cover before coating
The purpose of coating is to prevent fingerprints and oil stains from sticking easily and be easily wiped off. The surface is smooth and comfortable, and it is not easy to scratch. Increase glass surface abrasion resistance.
Pretreatment: Use weak alkaline cleaning agent or solvent to remove oil, moisture and other stains on the surface of the substrate, and the effect of plasma cleaning is better;
The AF liquid is plated on the surface of the product to form a film;
Baking: After spraying, take out the glass, put it in the oven (120℃, 30min), adjust to the best according to specific requirements and product conditions;
Before coating, use online atmospheric rotary plasma cleaning. After AF coating, we need a contact angle measuring instrument to test the contact angle to see if it meets the factory requirements and improve the yield of the product.
If the effect of the coating is not good, it needs to be re-coated, and we must strip it before re-coating. The principle of processing stripping is still to turn the hydrophobic surface into a hydrophilic surface to improve the adhesion of the surface, and it is easier for AF to plate the surface of the mobile phone cover.
Because the 3D glass mobile phone cover is curved, we need to fit it with the middle frame of the mobile phone in the curved part, so the curved part still needs to be stripped by plasma treatment. Due to the small area of the curved surface, jet plasma is usually required for processing.
